- Close your eyes.
- Breathe in and out through your nose only.
- Breathe in to the count of six and breathe out to the count of six.
- Repeat for six or seven breath cycles.
- Now breathe in to the count of six and breathe out to the count of nine.
- Repeat for seven to 10 cycles.
- Open you eyes.
