Welcome to Whole People. I am Sandra Garton Breech, creator of Whole People, a transformational coaching service that will address the obstacles that we encounter during a lifetime here on earth. Whole People will be available to anyone and everyone who can access the worldwide web.

You are part of birthing that dream.

I believe that each of us has the God-given desire to be the very best that she or he can be. I created Whole People to guide and nurture that desire and to offer powerful tools to each individual who wants and needs to believe that light can triumph over darkness. With such a belief comes hope, and with hope comes the power to choose to become a healthy individual rather than a broken one.

I am creating a personal guide that will enable you to be whole and to have incredible harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Some of the chapters will teach:

• How to live your dreams
• How to see yourself with better eyes
• How to change your life
• How emotions affect your mind, body, and spirit
• There is light at the end of the tunnel, and it’s more glorious than you could ever imagine
• Hope is always on the horizon
• What if seeing isn’t believing?
• Love is the key

The chapters will be added one by one, and you will have the option of downloading them as they become available. Each offering will be focused on mind, body, or spirit.

I often ask, “Are you sure you are talking to the right person, God? Are you sure you want to talk to me, Sandy Breech?”

The answer is always “Yes”.

My faith is childlike and simple:

God is. God will; and I am willing to go wherever He leads.

I am humbled that God chooses to use me as a resource for healing His hurting children. I am honored that I can offer these thoughts to you.

Close your eyes and imagine an incredibly beautiful gate. Can you see it? It is the entrance to a land of wondrous and limitless possibilities. You have the key. If you use the key to open the gate, you and I will begin a journey together that may transform each of us. How or if we are changed will depend on the choices we make; will we remain earthbound, or will we be given wings to fly?
